This Fulfillment Policy (“Policy”) explains our delivery and refund guidelines for services purchased from our Company. Please read carefully to understand your rights and refund requirements. ZB Consulting provides digital marketing services such as SEO, Website Development, Local SEO, and Consulting. All services are delivered digitally

Delivery Terms

  • Delivery terms vary based on the service and initial agreement.

  • Clients must provide all necessary information for work to commence. We are not responsible for maintaining the accuracy of information provided for orders.

  • We aim to provide expected delivery times but cannot guarantee them. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as lack of customer information or access to assets (e.g., website, Google Business Profile).

Refunds

Refunds may be offered if the service has not been performed during the agreement term.

Exceptions

Refunds may be refused if:

  • The service was delivered as ordered but you changed your mind.

  • You disliked or found no use for your purchase.

Taxes

Sales tax is included in the price displayed at checkout.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders placed on ZB Consulting cannot be canceled.

Administrative Fee
